Google Distances Itself From Trademark Disputes
The Press Herald outlines how Google is trying to avoid getting sued for trademark infringements.

According to Google's posted Trademark Procedure, the company is a provider of space for advertisements, and as such, it asks users to "please note that Google is not in a position to arbitrate trademark disputes between the advertisers and trademark owners. . . . The advertisers themselves are responsible for the keywords and ad text that they choose to use.
