Google founders will retain control

According to CNN, Page and Brin will maintain "significant control" of Google.

The so-called dual class voting structure is common in the media industry but is rare among technology companies, Google said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In 2003, Brin was paid $150,000 in salary and $206,556 in bonus. Page was also paid $150,000 in salary and $206,556 in bonus.
