Google Launches New Map Service

You've gotta love the innovation that comes from having probably the highest quota of PHDs on staff. Google today release a new map offering that clearly blows-away the competition.

I've just got back to the office and have given it a quick spin. The smoothness of the maps, the integration of local search options and the driving directions are all a class-above.
