WebSourced Parent Intends to Acquire PrimaryAds, a Leading Affiliate Marketing Company
Admit it, you thought we were kidding when we said that we wanted to dominate online marketing. ;-)

Today, our parent company, Think Partnership (Amex: THK) signed a LOI to acquire PrimaryAds, a leading affiliate marketing company that connects some of the web's top advertisers with hundreds of publishers.

Gerard M. Jacobs, the Company's CEO, stated, "Think Partnership is excited to announce our entrance into affiliate marketing, which is one of our primary expansion targets for 2005. Ken Harlan and his team will be tremendous partners for us in this extremely important online marketing and advertising space. We expect that, at its current run rate, PrimaryAds will add $4 million or more to our annual pre-tax income, and therefore we expect that the shareholders of PrimaryAds will earn most if not all of the $16 million earnout portion of the merger consideration."

Affiliate marketing continues to be one of the hottest forms of online advertising with just about every large web site operating an affiliate program. PrimaryAds is doing some pretty cool things in the space and we're delighted to have them join the partnership. Our clients can now benefit from their extensive list of publishers and as we all know, many publishers turn to search to promote their affiliate sites.
