Riya, a Face Recognition Photo Search Engine, Now in Alpha 2
Heard word at tw that Riya, a face recognition photo search engine, went into alpha 2. They're also rumored to be in acquisition talks with Google.

Riya enables you to tag faces in photos. Through face recognition you can find matches both in your Riya album, as well as the web.

Riya opened its alpha 2 to 1000 live testers on the 27th of November.

If they added a blogging function they could name it DiaRiya.
